Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Order processing

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

If we anticipate a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you with an update.

Delivery service and times

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is usually expected within 2–3 working days after dispatch, in addition to the processing time above.

Delivery times are estimates. Some postcodes may take longer, and delays can occur during busy periods or postal service disruptions.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking information may take a little time to update after your parcel is handed to Royal Mail.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you need to make a change, contact support@hemiks.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact support@hemiks.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate with Royal Mail and help resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
